Kapiti Rd. Signs direct you to the Sevenoaks office.

When you wish to leave the property, the
Trust will require the property to be refurbished to a marketable
standard. Following agreement with the resident on the property
valuation, the Trust will market your home and retain up to
15% of the sale price. Retentions are used to meet the maintenance

This covers rates, insurance of the dwelling, exterior maintenance,
and the upkeep of grounds and communal facilities such as
roading and street lighting.
