At the centre of the Lodge are a residents' dining room and lounge. 42 residential units (single and double) are connected to the Lodge by covered walkways.

Location: Lodge Drive, Paraparaumu. Go down Kapiti Rd towards the Beach. Lodge Drive runs off Kapiti Rd. Signs direct you to the Sevenoaks office.

Prices: Studio units and apartments are priced from $122,000 to $160,000

What do I get for my investment?
• Each unit is fully carpeted in living areas,
• It has its own separate bathroom/toilet.
• Television and phone connections and emergency call system are installed in each unit.
• Fridge and bench top cooker
• Other services, supplied on an individual needs basis, include meals, laundry and cleaning. Nursing care is available on site. We also provide 24 hour emergency medical care.

When you wish to leave the property, the Trust will require the property to be refurbished to a marketable standard. Following agreement with the resident on the property valuation, the Trust will market your home and retain up to 15% of the sale price. Retentions are used to meet the maintenance of communal property.

There is a weekly service charge of $168.98 to $178.80. The fee for a shared unit is $295.46 per week. The service fee covers:
• 1 main midday meal each day
• Power and gas, including heating
• Ground maintenance
• External building maintenance
• Building insurance (you pay for contents insurance)
• Rates.

Facilities: Recreation centre, gardens, lakeside walkway, library, and heated indoor swimming pool all located on-site. Most days there are entertainment and social activities. Hairdresser and Podiatrist visit regularly. The Sevenoaks bus takes residents to the shops twice a week. Other outings can be arranged.
